About Me

Myra completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and then her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Myra is currently working as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor in both St Augustine and Palm Coast. She has experience across a variety of treatment settings including private practice, outpatient substance abuse, and community-based services. She is eclectic and uses a blend of Cognitive Behavioral, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused, Reality Based, and psycho-education for individuals aged six and up. A holistic approach is utilized by exploring and educating clients about how the mind, spirit, and body are interconnected.
